To place an order, please contact us through any of the above methods or order through our site. If you call us, please have your payment information available. If you fax or e-mail us, please include a phone number you can be reached at for payment information.
Because our selection is updated at least once a week, we do not offer a paper catalog.
Shipping Charges
United States standard shipping for orders under $50.00 is U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Cost for this service is $3.00 for packages up to 8 ounces. We will contact you if your shipping cost will be more. Delivery time varies depending on location.
U.S. Domestic Orders over $50.00, First Class Mail shipping with Delivery Confirmation is included at no charge for orders weighing under 13 ounces. Orders over $50.00 and weighing over 13 ounces, Priority Mail shipping with Delivery Confirmation is included at no charge. UPS or FedEx upon request; price varies based on weight and delivery time. Backorders are shipped via 1st Class U.S. Mail with Delivery Confirmation at no charge.
International standard shipping is U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail. Most international orders can be shipped in a flat rate package for $11.00. We will contact you if your shipping cost will be more. Delivery time varies depending on location.

Zuma Beach Bead Co. LLC claims no responsibility for lost or damaged packages for which insurance was not purchased. On orders totaling more than $50, all shipping and insurance costs are included at no cost.
If we have shipped you an item which you did not order, we will gladly accept your return, in original condition, within 30 days of your receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to process returns for any other reason. If you need to return an incorrect order, please contact us.
